Christopher Wasson
Attorney
Christopher Wasson was born in Santa Monica, California and has been a lifelong
resident of Los Angeles. Mr. Wasson is married to Sharon Barkins-Wasson, Director
of Counseling at Crespi Carmelite High School in Encino, and has two adult children
from a previous marriage. Mr. Wasson is a graduate of the University of California
at Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and a Juris Doctor from
Loyola Law School. Mr. Wasson is a practicing family law attorney in Sherman Oaks.
Why did you agree to serve on the Lucille Rader Education Foundation Board?
When I was asked to become a member of the Lucille Rader Education Foundation, I
jumped at the chance. It is very exciting to be part of such a wonderful
organization that provides scholarships to deserving students as they begin their
college careers. Being a part of this organization, I have been privileged to meet
fine young women from all over Southern California and help them achieve their
educational goals. What is even more exciting is knowing that in the not too
distant future, I will be hearing the names of these young women again; only this
time associated with some noteworthy academic, business or scientific achievement.
