Ashley Lizana
Corporate and Intern Recruiter, Levi Strauss & Co.
Ashley Lizana was raised in the South Bay and Long Beach, CA area. She was a recipient of the Lucille
Rader Foundation Scholarship in 2018, and attended the University of Notre Dame. After graduating from
the University in 2022 with a degree in Political Science and French, Ashley decided to dip her toe in
the fashion recruiting industry. She now works at Levi Strauss & Co. and leads recruitment for various
functions, including the company’s internship program for top undergraduate and graduate students.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys going to concerts with her friends, spending time with her family, and
trying new foods.
Why did you agree to serve on the Lucille Rader Education Foundation Board?
I agreed to serve on the Lucille Rader Board because I am forever grateful for the support this foundation
provided me as I pursued my undergraduate degree. I found myself wanting to return the favor and support
the foundation in helping more girls achieve their academic goals.
